I use Ms paint for life
I use ibis paint on my phone but on my laptop I use Aggie . io
I used Ibispaint but Medibang is also good! I used to use it when I first started doing digital art since Ibispaint was very confusing for me at the time. Both are good but I prefer Ibispaint :)
Medibang because im a layer addict.

Ibis is a phone based platform, limiting its storage system. For a phone platform it is 100% one of the most versatile ones out there. Medibang on mobile does exist but has major problems since it has tools like csp shoved into a messier version of ibis. Its extremely disorganized and hard to navigate compared to when it's on laptop. Ibis paint stores art in galleries rather than files limiting the amount you can have. Medibang has cloud and harddrive storage letting you save space on your devices by saving art in the cloud. Both have customizable brushes but ibis is clearer. Both have filters but ibis is clearer, even if the system cant handle them. Both have: Brush, Eraser, Select, Magic tool, Smudge, Blur, Move, Transform. Medibang has this guidance stroke thing that ibis doesnt though, which i like much more. In my personal experience ibis is very laggy with canvas size, layers and filters. Medibang can tank way more of these.

tLDR: i like medibang but on mobile ibis has a much better layout. Medibang and ibis have similar amounts of tools but medibang has a few more. Ibis is way laggier then medibang and they store art in different ways
Ibis on mi phone and alpaca and medibang on mi computer >:>
Ibis paint fight me
Ibis paint >:))
Both, Ibis Paint on my phone and Medibang on graphic tablet x)
