I usually flip it after the rough sketch phase, after my clean sketch and then for lineart

None? I feel it really depends on what art style you’re going for. Majority of real life faces does not have symmetry and that’s what makes them beautiful.

God I never do its so terryfing its my sleep paralys demon its going to floor me if I do flip it its terryfing and god Ive always feared the time where ill be forced to interact with it. The day comes closer every time and I feel like its going to paralyse me and pull me into its world all alone, Im scared Im scared Im scared Im

Very often. I do it even when I'm drawing traditionally by taking a picture and flipping it. It helps with finding mistakes and keeping the drawing consistent ^^

Just to make sure that it doesn’t look TOO wonky but I don’t try to make it perfectly symmetrical !
Once I get to coloring/line art then flipping the canvas is not on my mind at all AHAH

I used to do it constantly but since I switched to traditional I only rarely look at a drawing in the mirror... honestly I feel so much better about my drawings now, who cares if they’re a little less quality, at least I don’t feel like shit

Never bc I’m scared about it so I’ll suffer in silence. I’ll start doing eventually but right I’m too lazy and scary about it
