How would y'all feel about a short story in which 5 high school seniors go ghost hunting together only to uncover horrors beyond human comprehension, knowing that, if they survive, it will be with the knowledge that no one but each other will believe our understand the trauma they've experienced? I already have some ideas for how bizarre the body and psychological horror can get. It's gonna take a hard left turn into a different horror genre than expected about a third of the way through.Feb 5, 2024

I like dark fantasy / fiction themes and body horror. I haven't read great many horror comics, some.
The way you describe it sounds good overall, seems like you want there to be some unexpected turns to not get too predictable. A story that's a bit layered with different flavors. And if the characters don't understand what's happening or what's going to happen, the reader shouldn't, either.
