Here be a boooy

I have finally played the game ABZÛ and it's so pretty!! It also made me want to draw some fiiish soooo bad, so here we go. Urge has not been satiated yet, though.. i might draw some more.

This one is a bit different than my normal posca pieces, because i felt like pulling out my gouache paint this morning. Didn't go fully with that because i wanted to finish him today and have no fine brush, but using paints was fun.

This funny man is a Coelacanth (pronounced SEEL-uh-kanth, apparently). For the longest time he was thought to have gone extinct around 65 million years ago. But it was rediscovered in 1938 off the coast of South Africa. Two species are known to live today. They can grow to a size of up to 2 meters and are estimated to live up to 100 years.Aug 30, 2021
