I'm officially voting All Consuming Narwhal as Worst Genshin Weekly Boss..... 
The fight is slow because theres so many gaps where you can't attack the thing, and when you CAN attack it- the windows are so small, it can be hard to set up some reactions bc you spend half the window TRAVELLING to it. Its kinda tanky. It requires Fontaine characters, and there aren't a huge number of those in the game yet so it limits team comps... AND it specifically sucks to use the best Fontaine DPS (Neuvilette) against this boss due to long charge times.
And after all that, it has the audacity to drop the materials i dont need and no Dream Solvent.
Far cry from the previous weekly boss which is just "slap it enough with whatever you want and then cry as you get Everamber for the 20th week in a row".Nov 27, 2023
