What’s the worst thing you’ve put your OC through? It could be physical, or mental.
I’ll start.
Scon: ends up getting a brand on his chest for a crime he didn’t commit, and he describes the pain as a red-hot rod thrust into his heart. Also publicly shamed for something he didn’t do. After he was branded, he was taken to the dungeons and forced to recite a set of sacred texts for heretics. Then he was forced into the Order of the Fallen Knights, which is an army made up of criminals.Oct 6, 2021

Well if you mean story-wise, Mercy watched her friends get brutally attacked by undead, nearly killed two of them trying to save them, and then laid dying while she watched them bleed out around her. Somehow they managed to get out of it alive without anyone dying, we can thank our DM for that.
If you mean just drawing them in morbid situations, I was going thru a bit of a rough time and drew Dip being butchered, hung up their leg bones, with succulents growing out of their organs, all while still being conscious. They've always been kinda a vent character for me so they get out thru a lot, but they help me thru it too so,,,

•Don’t know if it’s the worst worst bc I have bad memory lol but my oc Damian’s technical backstory is that he gets changed into a demon through a sacrifice he makes in exchange for reviving his friend- this wouldn’t be too bad but the canon in my uni on how the demon changing process is,,, painful. Basically he had to grow in his demon features slowly overtime, so slow that he didn’t even realize what was happening at first, but as it goes on the more painful it gets and- yeah. Won’t go into the gory details lol.

•This wasn't even my choice to put them through this because I didn't know (F the Dungeon Master of this campaign)... Elizabeth had to sustain being encased in burning hot metal for a long period of time, accused for a crime they never commited, was faced in front of 50k close calls of them close to dying (The spikes almost got me) and sexual assault... oh yeah... and multiple states of public shame
