How does one start their own art website or etc?
I’m thinking of starting a art website in the future and I need some tips on how.
Stuff like how to set up a website, what materials to use make art stuff and sell.

Big agree with @nerte 's comment on this thread.
The only reason to spend lots of $$$ on your own website these days is if you have a massive quantity (thousands) of sales/merchandise, so you need to invest in the infrastructure on your own site so you can keep more profit. Only moguls/corporations need their own websites, for financial and status sake.
If you're wanting to sell physical and/or digital items, I recommend opening a Ko-Fi shop. It's free, versatile, and you're walked through set up right there on the site. (If you need extra help, the Ko-Fi staff is quite accessible through their discord.)

I literally had to remind the customer support person that they’re there tho help with my website & not to make small talk about how my day is going (politely, of course) the last time I used it, other times you get set up with a person who actually knows what they’re doing.)

I kind of wish I could remember all the cool art portfolios I've seen along the way so I could recommend you some. A good practice would be to routinely check out people's links and profiles.
