A new illustration of my Alex for the new cover for my social network ! (´▽`)I wanted to redo the art of my networks so that they would fit more with my world and my style. For the occasion, I thought I'd draw Alex Seizon, probably one of my favorite female characters. Alex has this vibe that fits perfectly with the art direction I wanted to rework.
The explanation of the details of how I created my composition is quite long. In fact, I started from the metaphor "resurface", "get your head above water". In this case, it's about blood. A very, very, very recurrent element in Alex's life. The small yellow/orange butterfly symbolizes hope. Although fragile and small, it is nevertheless present in the composition, slightly to the side in the foreground. It is there to remind us that even in the deepest of holes, a fragment of hope hides. (￣ヘ￣)

Une nouvelle illustration de ma Alex pour la nouvelle couverture de mes réseaux sociaux ! (´▽`)
J'ai voulu refaire la D.A de mes réseaux pour qu'elles collent plus avec mes univers et mon style. Pour l'occasion, j'ai pensé dessiner Alex Seizon, surement l'un de mes perso féminins préférée. Alex possède cette vibe qui colle parfaitement avec la D.A que je voulais remanier.
L'explication du détails de comment j'ai créé ma composition est assez longue. En fait, je suis partie de la méthaphore "refaire surface", "sortir la tête de l'eau". En l'occurence, ici il s'agit de sang. Un élément très, très, très réccurent dans la vie d'Alex. Le petit papillon jaune/orangé symbolise l'espoir. Bien que fragile et petit, il est cependant présent dans la composition, légèrement sur le côté au premier plan. Il est là pour rappeler que même dans le plus profond des trous, se cache un fragment d'espoir. (￣ヘ￣)Apr 24, 2025
