I learned a bit over time and only take the most necessary art things with me—though I always seem to miss something when I'm away XD
If it's only one night I usually just take pencil, eraser and sketchbook with me ':D

And then I usually end up not using them but when I decide not to take anything with me I get the motivation and the perfect chance to draw but I only have like a half used pen and some old paper :l. Oof
