Snippet from my next book (Lord willing)!

WARNING: SAD INFO AHEAD …but there’s a purpose I promise

The events of my second book in Tad’s story (Lord willing) leave Tad hospitalized after he nearly dies in a battle. After being patched up to the best of Wendy’s ability, including setting a broken leg, stitching up wounds on his side, and multiple blood transfusions…he is finally stable. Everyone of course is worried, concerned if he will in fact pull through. Everyone tries to be there with him, waiting for the moment when he will finally wake. Hector especially. He never left his side except to get food, use the restroom, etc. He loves this boy like he’s his own son. He’s seen him grow up, has seen him grow in so many ways, and he loves him dearly. No matter how old he gets, Hector will always be there for him, just like a dad would (Don’t worry guys, Tad will pull through :) )

I did this partly to practice backgrounds as well as map out this scene so I can (hopefully) write it in the way I want to. Either way, I hope to share more of Tad’s story with you all in the future!
