This looks good, except the guy looks kind lost to the darkness, literally. Dark on dark is generally not a good idea because there are too many similar tones and nothing stands out really. The eye is nice, though, it's a great stand out detail! Now about the light area on the back of the character: I would personally avoid putting such strong contrast in a place so useless because there's nothing to focus on and it steals way too much attention from the main character.
I think darkening the jail(?) behind the character, and adding a second light source to the front of the character (very dim, like a silver of light that outlines the character's front, maybe the same red of his eye) might make this artwork better. Other than this, I think the piece looks great!

Just vor you to Now im dont think im better but im (warry) good at critique.
#* The picture is often with inaccurate curves and sometimes a line comes in.You ( persons that can so that....) can combine such a mixture of types of painting very well and beautifull. However,this combination still was to be Spelled out !
