The Scraped WitchFirst:Yes I know the same sounds like Scarlet Witch and it wasn't done on purpose
Second:In the industrial area, there is a lot of waste, a barrel of radioactive material, a few tires, a can or two, a pipe, a flashlight, a rubber ducky, stuff like that, but many misteriosly disapear, the legend says that once upon a time, a witch, daughter of a great craftsmen and a powerfull witch, this litlle witch learned the art of manipulating scrap to her will, and do to her beying chased for beeing a witch (even tho we are in the modern age but logic isn't here anymore) and she uses some usefull scrap she finds in the industrial wasteland to survive.Not everybody belives in the legend, she is like big foot, only blurry photos...
Who knows?Maybe it was just some kids stealing it, not like we mind, to play with.But if you see her, her capture is very well rewarded...
