This is my rainbow Kougra, Cleotimbre (pronounced "Cleo tam bur), who won third in her species in the beauty contest on Neopets on March 29th, 2024.I used photo references for the pink varsity jacket and purple converse shoes. If you look closely at her patches you will notice she has lots of Sailor Moon patches from her favorite Sailor guardians: Uranus, Neptune, Jupiter, and Venus. And Sailor Moon's moon scepter.
She's also a DJ and a lesbian.
