Pam đź’šđź’›(Note: Pam is gender-fluid, and therefore uses whichever pronouns apply in the moment. For the sake of exposition, however, I will use They/Them pronouns.)
Pam was basically adopted by accident, during a complicated series of events involving a scheme in which the Drakewoods (a family of Dragonborn nobles) had smuggled in a clutch of Dragonborn eggs to make up for their inability to have children. Their parents never told their adoptive children (Pam and their five siblings) that they were adopted, so Pam is not actually aware that they are a changeling, believing themselves to merely be a Dragonborn with shapeshifting abilities. Because those powers would be a dead giveaway that they were not their parents biological child, Pam was raised to keep their powers a secret- but, being a rebellious child, found ways to keep using them out of sight (or, if that wasn’t possible, found far more “outrageous” substitutes; EX: wearing men’s clothes to the formal ball, despite having been assigned female at birth). Their adventuring career started when they met a Circle of the Moon druid named Smokey Mirror, who would become their teacher in druidcraft- and, more importantly, in shapeshifting.
The Campaign that I play Pam in is currently at level 3, and I’ve been having a ton of fun playing them- however, Pam’s various forms needed new profile pictures, so that is what the little portraits in the right are. (The top is Pam’s default form, the middle being their masculine alter ego (who looks pretty much exactly the same as the feminine one, I just need a way to let everyone else know out-of-game), and the bottom being their alternate form profile (which I use anytime Pam uses druid shapeshifting or disguises themselves as someone else). All of Pam’s forms have freckles, as is hinted by the alternate profile image.

YES more changelings, but favorite! I love their backstory so much, especially the combination of gender presentation in general in addition to being a changeling. Their design looks great too, the freckles are so cute!
