his whole schtick is that he generates candy in his hair that falls out onto the ground and when someone eats said candy, they end up in a candy land sorta place (with scp!felix accompanying them. it's also noted that each of the dreams that the victims have will be different from one another and the real scp!felix would just be doing his own thing during this time. however he still retains the memories he gains from these dreams) the next time they fall asleep. during this dream, the person affected will have the sudden urge to eat any candy in sight (while in the dream, not irl). when they wake up afterwards, they have high blood sugar and in the worst case scenario they end up in a diabetic coma.
