The first of a diptych showing Fontaine’s growth throughout the campaign so far! This drawing depicts Fontaine in the very first session, struggling to lift a quarterstaff with magic during the trials to join the Colloquium.-
Fontaine (Giltgreen) is a curious catfish granted sentience and power by the goddess of the sea. He uses her magic to pilot an automaton and literally catfish those around him, and hopes to someday become powerful enough to have earned her devotion in return.May 2, 2025#dnd

i really like how focused he is on the staff, shows how much energy it takes to lift it! and i can't not appreciate his shiny eyes in both his forms, and how fish-shaped the robes are
