How about the beastars manga I find the characters incredibly interesting followed by the story which get very dark at times

The Promised Neverland is one of my all-time favorites! (especially so after how the anime was handled 
)

One of my fav reads for now is SpyxFamily! It’s about a spy who has to “built a family” for a mission and not realizing that his adoptive daughter is a mind-reader and his wife is an assassin. Would recommend especially if you’re a fan of comedy or just heartwarming stories in general!
