Help is needed

Do you ever come up with a great gorgeous sugoi phenomenal idea and you may already have a vision of what it's supposed to look like, then you start sketching full of enthusiasm but as times passes by you realize that your skills just aren't enough to express your artistic vision??!!?? Yeah

So I had this idea of drawing Nezha, this character from an ancient chinese myth but in modern days and I was pretty pumped. But then as soon as I started to design him I realized how incredibly bad I am at drawing aesthetically pleasing male faces

So here are the first two concept sketches and I just can't seem to get a grasp on how these mangakas and manhwa artists make their male faces so simple yet so pretty and clean??? I'm studying them now but some criticism would still be very much appreciated
