ARC THREE
When Advik’s friends, Avery and Zack, go missing, he seems to be only one out of his friend group to think something is wrong. Kat, Audrey, and Morgan believe they ran away. Morgan is very hurt by this but she argues that she’s at least not “delusional like advik.” she doesn’t like talking about avery leaving so suddenly. After all, they were dating at this point in the story and Morgan actually loved her. and now she’s sad about her feelings.
Kat and Audrey are hurt, but took it a lot easier than Morgan did. In fact Audrey sort of is preoccupied with her own matters so it seems like she doesn’t really care. Kat doesn’t think she should care since she wasn’t the “closest person” with either avery or zack at this point in the story, but she mostly feels bad for her friends for feeling sad.
Advik doesn’t give up and resorts to two old friends to help him with this case. Ian and Heidi are conveniently wannabe journalists / investigators so they’re more than happy to help with this mystery. Heidi won’t dismiss Advik but she wants to at least provide proof there’s nothing serious about this. Ian really wants there to be something strange going on.Apr 27, 2021
