If you want a more casual type of commissions, you can try servers that are specifically about art commissions (r/starvingartists or commission communities on amino app)
Or you can look through websites for more “professional” art briefs? I would try to find some professional organization that you wish to work in the future and see what type of clients they have and how they present their work?

i’ve been joining art centric discord servers, they typically have a section to advertise commissions.

You can try TikTok! I have an account and i saw many artists and small business share their creations on there! If your video goes viral you have so much visibility

I suppose it all depends on what you want to do? I know ArtStation posts job openings and opportunities
