Try S. Michael Hampton on YouTube. He does basic structural anatomy lectures and sometimes gesture drawing. The mannequins he draws are so flexible they're almost mesmerizing

Maybe look at Sinix designs anatomy playlist which is really nice :D as for books the only one I’ve actually recommend (except George bridgeman stuff because it’s too advanced and sketchy for my smol brain) is simplified forms by Michel Lauricella really nice imo
