This is very pretty, I love the soft shading on the skin ! And the white lashes look very delicate. The only thing that I'm not fond of colorwise is the harsh black eyeliner and black iris outline ; the skin, lashes and eyebrow are very light with low contrast and subtle shading, the pure black adds a very strong contrast and everything else in comparison looks a little flat. Maybe you could replace the black eyeliner with dark grey or a muted dark brown, and the iris contour, maybe even the pupil with a dark greyish blue ? You could also paint stronger shadows on the skin to have more contrast overall, but I personnally like the soft look of the subtle shading. Otherwise this is great !
