Nice!! I like the way you drew the expression, and the hair shapes are really interesting as well! I just think the painting looks overall kind of flat. You smudged the colours a bit too much, so everything is kind of blend together, and while that looks super cool for the hair and the reddish parts of the face, it doesn't work so well for the shadows.
I think you could try to be bolder with your shadows! It would greatly improve the dramatic weight of the scene, and would make this a lot more interesting to look at!
Also, I like how you drew the hand! There are some things about its volume that could be improved, but overall it's really good!
Last things, but these are just suggestions, maybe try exploring making coloured lineart, not just black! It usually makes things look more interesting!
