Elina-Priestess of Mondstadt
Well, it took me more time than what I thought to finish this, but at least it's finally done.So off to the long explanation of the outfit cause there's lots of things to unpack here:
-First of all, yes Elina is meant to have wings in this form, though she really doesn't have them 24/7 and can just summon them when she has the need to fly (which it's an ability she gets later on once she has unlocked all of her power)
-The feathers on her hair are meant to resemble the ones of Dvalin's wings.
-The spear/polearm (whatever that thing it's called) it's different from the one she usually has in her daily life, the one we see here it's a weapon she can only use when she's in her Priestess form.
-She has the Anemo symbol imprinted on the back of her neck but for obvious reasons we can't see it. This symbol also glows when transformed and has no glow when she's in civil form.
-Some useless fact: when she transforms it has some sailor moon vibes XD.
-Oh, and her eyes are meant to glow as well, but this only happens when she gains more power from the Four winds.
I think that's all I've got to point out about her design.
