for awhile i was the same way, even the hypoallergenic stuff would make my ear piercings act up, but as i got older it kind of just,,, stopped.
and it was also only on my ears. i’ve had a septum piercing for years and never had any complications, and it healed very fast. so it could just depend on the location as well ^^
i’ve also used earrings that were made out of animal bones and horns before without any reaction, so that’s another suggestion

•Maybe you could wear clip ons or find/make some out of a material that you aren’t allergic to & doesn’t normally harm skin!
I know they make piercings out if different stuff so if someone’s allergic to one material, they can choose a different material that won’t bother them!
