It looks really cute! If i was you i would add more contrast in the skin - maybe you can see a shadow around the cheekbones or around the eyes. And also you should draw what you see and now what you know - by that i mean the nose, you should only draw lines or shadows if you actually see them. Other than that it looks quiet nice :)
