The dress is inside this cover ~
So the dress is officially done. And I made a cover for it because that's some very fancy stuff and I don't want to mess it up in my chaotic wardrobe.I used fabrics I had in my stash (the first one I choosed was just a little too short so I pieced another one on top -I had just enough- to complete it) it's a simple ivory coton (it has this "natural" effect with parts of the fibers a bit more sandy colour) paired with a printed cotton canvas. I added some kind of strap on the bottom-which can be attached around the hanger's hook- so I can store it (or transport it) easier.
It was fairly easy and fast to make, it looks fancy, and I would totally recommend doing this as a nice beginner project (｡◕‿◕｡)ʖAug 13, 2024
