Christmas cookies - Advent day 20
With the sirupsnipper rolled out and cut, the nisse girl is helping out adding the halved almond to the centre, though, as she can't quite reach, she needs help from her mother.Whenever I try to explain what kind of cookie sirupsnipper are, I tend to default to saying that they're similar to gingerbread, but a lot milder, and fewer spices. The almond in the centre is optional, but adds another crunch to the cookie.Dec 20, 2022
