Uhhhh maybe giving the forehead seen on the right side (viewers perspective), right along the lil teeny braided looking section more of a tilt in could help?
Plus like the plane of the forehead could work adjusted at a different angle than the plane the eyelid is sitting on with the eyebrow ridge as a tilting angle if that makes sense?
