"Where there is a will, there is a way." An old adage that will transcend the boundaries of time. Our Boy will put this to the test. Unswayed by the words of desperation given by Mersa Verida pleading with him to return to life to aid the shadowed world called Florafaun, I'yamu continues his ethereal journey into the Kaydonian Afterlife.That is until he is confronted by two entities: The Manifestation of his Instinct and the Manifestation of his Intent. It is here that I'yamu... Isicianius is made aware of the mechanics of his power:
"Only when your Instinct and Intents are in sync," came the voice of Isicianius's Intent, "will you become the force you once were." Such a truth puts many significant events in I'yamu's life into perspective, but it does little to persuade him. That is until he is made aware of how Instict and Intent were able to communicate with him: Contrary to Isicianius's initial inference, his body was still intact! Gratzi hadn't yet destroyed it! But... Why? What stopped her? It then dawned on him. Almaltra. No other person on that world dared care enough to want to try to save him...
Even in his Ethereal state panic begins to settle into Isicianius. Screw what happened to him, but he didn't want anything to happen to Almaltra, and certainly not because of him. Calling upon his Intent and Instinct, he regains a tiny link to his body with which he reunited.
After returning to life of what Isicianius, now I'yamu again, realized was his own will, he prepared for his fight with Gratzi Verida. Unfortunately, a major complication will prevent him from doing so efficiently. In a desperate bid to help, Almaltra quickly offers a suggestion.
Will it be successful?
