Naranjito

This was taken in the Cordillera Central, almost 20 miles away from the capital. Nestled between the mountains is a restaurant called El Rancho de Nando that specializes in longaniza, a sausage made from pork or other meats depending on the regional variety. Puerto Rican longaniza has a soft orange tint from the annato used.Jun 16, 2023
