Last thing I drew for Mermay in 2019
That year I made my own prompt list where every prompt was a specific type of fish or sea creature This guy is based on a siamese fighting fish! Those are probably some of my fav fish species cus they look really cool

Btw I highkey wanna redraw this cus I feel like I've improved a lot

And yes, this is a traditional piece painted with watercolors :)
