On my Roku, I just watched a Japanese geisha/geiko/geigi women movie dubbed in Japanese with English subtitles called "Sisters of the Gion" from 1936 ('36). This movie is a masterpiece. This movie is mentioned in the geisha/geiko/ geigi books that I've been reading about.This movie had a sad ending.Aug 15, 2023
