An attack is just when you draw something for someone else. Any art is an attack. If someone draws you art and you return the favour by drawing something for them too, that's a defense/revenge.
Yes, you can attack anyone on any team. Attacking someone on the same team as you is called friendly fire and will earn you less points.
Yes, traditional is allowed.
