Understanding the lightsource Is very important. I love the block texture to this, however the lighting on the neck area is pr much the same. I'd make the left side lighter and the right side darker. The lighting should also be reflected on her shirt (unless you want it to be a block color, in which case there shouldt be any shading) where you make the skin darker, the green should be darker too. Also adding lighter highlights to the top of the hair for shine
