Eccentric billionaire Randall Deere is the proprietor of the Garuda Business Organization, which includes Caladrius Philanthropy and his namesake Deere Gallery. While selfish and quite full of himself, he is not totally apathetic and heartless.Formerly a big game hunter and currently a monstrologist, Deere opened his Gallery as a means to rescue monsters endangered by underground monster trafficking and poaching groups.
