Zendaya

This is another study I did, using Zendaya as a refrence!
I'm aware that my drawings barely have a variety in skin colour, I want to change that and practice different skin tones, and this was a try at that (though it ended up looking bright because of the lighting...)

I also wanted to draw some fluffy, curly hair but I'm not sure what I did
I started with a general shape with a hard, big brush, then zoomed in and started adding strokes and colours, but it was hard to get a 'natural' feel to it and I still feel like it's a bit off...
If you have any tips on that, or see any mistakes or things that could be done differently, please let me know! I'm open for constructive criticism🌟

This study is really good omg 😳

The only two things I can recommend is making the colors more vibrant by making them look more saturated to make it look more alive (of course if you're going for a different mood, ignore this), and to make the details in the face more tilted and rounded as in plump to combat the flatness of the features.
Overall i think this study is well done! The lighting is good and i think you handled the composition rlly well. One thing im noticing tho is that her face lools a little flat. I think if you tilted her eyes a wee bit, it'd make the face appear more curved. Also, some shadows where her hair meets her forehead would help with that too ♡ amazing work tho! Keep it up ~
Very nice piece. I really like the ambience. About the curls: it helps to build up some darker tones after the light ones, then light ones again over that. Doing "clouds" and filling the spaces also helps to build the shape!
