Ok, so basically I got this app like an hour ago, and I've posted some art on it, but it's literally flopping, so please reply to me and give me some advice.

You cant realistically expect lots of likes and follows after joining an hour ago. Your first few weeks will probably be flops but you need to post art daily/regularly. Since there's no algorthim, the only time your art is shown is when you post art.
You need to also be active for like 4+ months along with posting regularly to actually see some benefits here. If youre not in it for the long term then you're not gonna see benefits.
Participate in the community tab too and also check out the recent art tab and like art

Yep, what sunnysam said, interact! Join challenges, genuinely comment on and share others' art, try out the question feature. c: it's a place for artists to share without focusing on numbers and algorithms, so it's all about your art and interaction. And have fun!

If you want engagement, you have to interact with the community! There's no algorithm so unless you have a pretty big audience on another platform, it'll definitely take some time to get followers.
