Book poll update from yesterday! It’s down to these two for reasons mentioned below…
I got that second library card I talked about in the comment on the last poll and OMG it has like 50+ books my other library didn’t!! This library is FULL of fantasy fiction I had in wishlists or had notified my other library asking for!
I thought it might have some but I didn’t think it would have SO MUCH MORE!
And one of them is Engines of Empire from the last poll, so I will just check that one out after my current book.
I also found out Lindsay Buroker (the Emporers Edge Collection from the last poll) gives away a lot of her first books in a series for free, so I added it to my personal collection of ebooks and will just read the first entry into that collection to see if I even want the rest! Thats really cool of her tho, so while I can’t vouch for her books just yet (haven’t read anything by her tbh), it’s worth adding some free book 1s from her various series’ on Amazon if you are interested in a new read in the fantasy genre but don’t want to spend money right now!
So the question is now between The Copper Promise and By Blood, By Salt. Though, I will just wait until my next check before I decide because I now have access to two of the previous 4 options for free (plus so many more via the new library), so I don’t feel it’s worth spending anything right now, considering my increase in free options
