Almost done with introducing all the villains!

Villaminty is a mid tier villain who loves to dress to impress! She has the ability to shoot “freeze blasts” with her hands, but even tough she’s ice cream themed these blasts have nothing to do with the cold. Rather instead they can freeze people in time, but after a while they do wear off.

Villaminty herself is very fancy and posh as well as quite egotistical. Her dream is to become famous worldwide, no matter what it takes.
