I have a question about time management!
-- How do you organize your time on a yearly scale? (if you do so) Or on a shorter scale, like month or week? --

I've personally watched and follow a video from Swatches on YouTube at the beginning of the year, about planning goals.

So I've several goals I want to achieve this year (mainly about learning things) , that I've broken down into little tasks that I can plan for 3 months, one month, every week and every day.

Honestly, I don't respect everytime what I've planned for the day, but I still stick to it haha. ๐Ÿ˜…

I have a daily & weekly routine that keeps me going.

Monday, wednesday, friday I exercise at 10 am for 1 hour. Monday to friday I do 1 hour of volunteer work. Monday and tuesday are the days I do 1 hour of personal chores / paperwork. I post weekly art on wednesdays. I wake up at 8 am every day but not on weekends. On weekends I aim to rest and have as much time as possible to myself. During this global pandemic, I work part time, irregularly, in the evening, mostly on weekends. I feel free, my mornings belong to me.

I use this nifty little website called โ€œClickUpโ€ and from there I organize things on when I want the done. Daily, Weekend, Short Term (1-6 months), Long Term (6+ months) is how I sort of orgnaize it. It lets me set โ€œdue datesโ€ which helps me visualize my time frame and helps me feel motivated to get it done.

It's hard for me to organize when I don't have a consistent work schedule ๐Ÿ˜”

I just go day by day in seeing what I can accomplish

I only make little plans for the day, and vague plans for the week. If I try to plan any more than that, I forget and/or lose my motivation because I feel restricted.
