First time with gouache!How do you even pronounce "gouache"???
Anyways I love this medium so far!
I finished this in only a day (and it is very rare for me to make a finished product, especially in one day) and I like how it turned out! There should be more shadow in the closer side of the face and I think I could have upped the contrast with the shadows more, but I love how this shading style looks. :) It's got blocks of colors with lines in em and stuff!! Hooray! I have been working so long to figure out how to make colors that do that!!
Also her eyes aren't looking quite in the same direction but shhh you didn't notice thatDec 28, 2022
