When it comes to character design, the outline of the character is very important. The arm sticking out holding the staff is good, but the other side just being a blocky cape really throws this off. Instead, maybe have their arm sticking out with the hand on the waste, to add some shape variation. Another thing I suggest is to squint at your piece, and if you can still tell everything clearly than good job (same with colors, this method can really help you decide where to place them) in my personal opinion I think the cape should have some green on the bottom. Otherwise good job

•U have a pretty neat lines and good shape, the color is good but the dark blur at the back in the eye is kind of distracting , instead blur it, u could draw a dark spiral behind it. Beside that, i like everything, its neat
