Im actually staring to have fun using mspaint. I was first disappointed when the mspaint that I'm using didn't look like the more well know version (which is like the windows 10 version,) but I slowly started to care less on how it looked because I actually like using the program since its really easy to use and the line art I make when drawing is smooth as hell, giving me less annoyance. Even using the program makes me enjoy cel shading way more than I thought it does, but it's not like I had a choice due to my lack of capabilities since idk how to blur shading
