I try to use it one time but personally I didn't like it! I recommend you to use ko-fi or patreon

•I've never used fiverr, but I've heard a lot of negative things about it.
Supposedly it encourages you to horribly undersell yourself (more so than sites like dA), and that you're still not guaranteed to even get clients.
You might not be getting clients because you aren't cheap enough. Or probably it's not up to their interest. Whatever it is, always respect your art and never undersell yourself.
As stated, I don't use it, so take it with a grain of salt. I just see people suggest avoiding it.
