Ooh, yeah, that sucks.
The only thing I can recommend is Spoiler Protection 2.0 for desktop stuff. It does pretty good at hiding spoilers as long as you include every possible tag & character since you have to make up the list of stuff to be hidden yourself! It sometimes goofs up & doesn’t hide stuff, but it’s been pretty consistent lately!

•getting spoiled is so annoying!! and I’m not even mad tho because I mostly do it to myself because even if there is a warning I can’t stop my curiosity 
ive finished whats of the owl house currently but before I had even watched it I was seeing stuff of it and even tho I knew nothing abt it the 3 or 4 most important supposedly mysterious characters were spoiled for me before I even started the show!!
