Playing Monopoly online
Description: During the pandemic period, and still today, we were estranged from our friends and relatives. From all those people who make up and are part of our life. In this illustration I wanted to give a sense of pressure and discomfort. The hunched-up man, blinded and surrounded by displays, plays Monopoly with his friends, but in this case the warmth and cheerfulness of the group of friends cannot overcome the barrier that divides them: the display. Everything is held up by a thin wire, which could collapse with a simple blackout. These guys don't play a common version of monopoly, they use credit cards. The uneasiness of the situation has led them to use real money, forgetting that they are playing as friends and not as absolute strangers.Jan 13, 2021#illustration
