Graphic Profile - Logo idea?

Got an assignment for making a logo for our café (or other types of eating-/drinking place). Not quite sure if it should be like a book or comic, or both. Having both feels off to me though

There was this one logo that I saw that was like a lemur but designed to look like a...jug? Gave the otter a hat to make it look like a pot lid, kinda!

Haven’t come up with more so far ahah (^v^;)> just felt like sharing it cus, c’mon, otters look adorable
