You dont lol but you could try pandering to youtubers hashtags and see if they retweet your stuff.

twt algorithm is scuffed as hell and hates artists, but joining hashtag challenges, art shares, and generally interacting w other artists usually helps get ur posts seen (not to mention optimal post times, captions, crop, etc 
)
