In my experience it doesn't really matter since it's chronological

I think right now as the app is a bit laggy it’s best to post at night time in the Western Hemisphere, as people can be more actively “online.” Right now it’s kind of hard to interact/see anyone’s work because it takes so long to load or crashes. I’m sure once every is more stable it’ll probably be around 4pm EST like most other sites tho!
